Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. ElixirAyur is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@elixirayur.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital products such as the Wellness Guide are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. No physical shipping applies.
