30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unused or minimally used (at least 75% remaining)
- Original packaging must be intact where possible
- Digital products (Wellness Guide) are non-refundable once downloaded
- Consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, email us at admin@elixirayur.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@elixirayur.com with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
